Individual operators are responsible for fulfilling charter services—including scheduling and service delivery—and ensuring quality and safety. We are not liable for any delays or issues in service provision.
Fulfillment
• Operator-Managed Fulfillment: All bookings on our platform are fulfilled directly by the respective operators.
• Information Access: Detailed fulfillment practices, including scheduling and service delivery, are available on each operator’s profile or service page. Please review this information prior to booking.
Refund Policy
• Operator-Specific Terms: Refunds and exchanges are governed by the policies set by each operator.
• Pre-Booking Review: Please review the operator’s refund policy on their service page before finalizing your booking.
• Requesting a Refund: Contact the operator directly if you wish to request a refund. While Goodwin Company can help facilitate communication, we do not have the authority to override an operator’s established policy.
